The Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, the Presidio and undoubtedly streetcars! Public transit is in many respects a part of the cities identity. Unfortunately, there are other habits that contribute to poor air quality and climate emissions in our communities. To use one example, in communities through the peninsula, on-demand package and food delivery services are creating pockets of poor air quality and increasing climate emissions.

The good news is that we’ve got a great committee working to make sure California Clean Air Day is a win for the City.
