Announcing the Kids Pledge

Parents have a tough job right now. Students at most schools will not be returning in the fall. While all this family time is great, keeping young people engaged is harder than ever.

That’s why we are proud to announce we’ve added the Kids Clean Air Pledge, eight K-8th grade friendly activities that can be done just about anywhere. Kids can take the pledge and download a certificate or share what they’ve committed to do on social media.

Parents can match their commitment by taking the (adult) pledge. Engaging in this way is a great way to spur a discussion around air pollution and the environment and teach our youth positive life-long habits.

Check it out and tell us what you think. And join people of all ages across California in taking personal action on and leading up to the next California Clean Air Air Day on October 7.

It’s fun. It’s free. And it makes a big difference.
